Our History and Mission Statement

Since 1959, when Carl Romano founded Audio Sentry Corporation in Fraser, Michigan, we have been "listening" to customers, their homes and businesses. Carl designed and engineered sound monitoring equipment which he used to establish himself in the security business. His system of security involved installing microphones into commercial and residential buildings which were used to listen for break-ins.

The need for this type of system and its services quickly took off. The new alarm systems were especially useful to schools and institutions. In fact, Audio Sentry Corporation has been providing security services for several area school districts since they have opened.

Over the years the business has grown substantially to meet the market's demands. Today we design, manufacture and install security products and distribute them throughout the country. We monitor all of our clients' needs, statewide, 24 hours a day from our U.L. listed Central Station. Audio Sentry is licensed with the State of Michigan (BA0028) and is a founding member of The Burglar & Fire Alarm Association of Michigan. We are constantly upgrading our product line to provide our clients with the protection, convenience and entertainment they desire.
